That Rokon sure brings back some memories. In the 70's a family friend owned a small shop that sold everything that was not from Japan. He sold Hodaka, Benelli, Rokon, Penton, and some I am forgetting. The owner was a BMW rider but decided to race at Road Atlanta on a stock Norton. All went well during practice until he looked at the speedo and freaked crashing into the woods breaking his arm. After a quick trip to the hospital he returned to the shop straightened the bike, taped up the speedo and tach and went racing. He was my hero along with Evil Knievel.[cl

I had a Hodaka

Super Rat 100 once but was never a very fast rider. The guys I rode with were into the Euro dirt bikes. Sachs, Husqvarna, Bultaco, Ossa and the Six day Penton. I could never figure out shifting on the right side. I remember the Norton 850 Commando too. I thought the DKW Wankel was pretty interesting. It reminded me of the Wankel powered Norton in the 80's that went the way of the turbine Indy car.
