any idea on what front axle they are using on most of these? I'm thinking a izusu cab over straight axle.

I used a Isuzu chassis on Ol' Rusty.The Isuzu had a staight axle in front.

NO Charley, I havent actually started my build yet, still collecting parts, and trying to make a decision on which way to go, I do have a complete 52 f6, s-10 frame and a couple different engine/transmission combos to choose from, I'm not sure if i want to use the complete f6 chassis and go suicide front and bobber rear, or s-10 frame and f6 cab for a cruisable driver, or some hybrid of both. I have always been more of a function over form kinda guy,I kinda hate to build something that isnt actually usable.

Yeah, lots of parts, just havent actually started any work, I will definatley start a great build thread with lots of pics, and commentary. Just have to get it motivated.
