Car Show in Ballarat, Australia

I was over in Australia working in a town called Ballarat, just north of Melbourne and caught this car show. Boy do them Aussies like their American cars. And it was great to see beautiful old cars just driving around town as people's daily drivers. Not just rods...beautiful cars from the 20s fully restored. A couple Rolls Royce's even. But of course those were days I never had my camera or my phone handy, because I was just out front of the shop grabbing a quick smoke. Anyways, here's the photos of the show and the one Merc I was able to grab:

Only complaint is why would you spend all that time to build a nice car like that then cheese it up with the wood running boards?
