Chevy 283 on e-bay $175 w/Buy it now

I am sorry if you cant do this, and please delete if against policy, I assure you I dont know this guy at all, just surfing "rat rod" on e-bay, but item #200375893513 claims it is a 283 chebby, w/ 42,000 ORIGINAL miles, and ran last fall, shows pics w/ no intake and valley is spotless, Douglassville PA. Auction ends in 1 day, hope that helps someone. If its legit, thats a great deal. If I lived up that way, I would go with you and check it out, help do a leak down, what ever you needed.

Great piece of Chevrolet and automotive history the 283, hard to believe that "mouse" engine is actually 13 cubes bigger than my Hemi, not to mention a ton or two lighter, little factoid, more races have been won with the SBC, than all of the other engines combined. And like the old Hemi's, the distrib is at the correct end of the engine,
