lol I'm pretty interested in how they are going to play off the whole sarah palin thing and the jabs at US politics. it looks to me from the little bit I can pick up from the movie trailers that the NAZI's are going to represent everything we once hated in a NAZI...the socialism...the progressive fascist elitism, the eugenics, The ordered society.
I'm interested to see how far they take the joke.
It seems there will be quite alot of subtle context to look for in Iron Sky... the kind of jokes you only get when you go looking for them.
I loved tropic thunder for how it cleaned Hollywood's clock. it was the closest I've seen to a Mel Brooks movie in a long time

Our laws on the books currently exceed the corruption of the nazi's although they have not taken full license to carry out the new laws in Nazi fashion they are still treading lightly. regardless if the people here don't wake up pretty soon and stop falling for the next candidate flashing the government contracts, the welfare, or holding up a cross over their head while they wipe their hiney with our constitution and steal elections we all are in very deep doo doo.
Nothing bites deeper than a good joke.
