Drove the Packard today!!

Finally after 2 weeks of hunting parts cleaning, installing and checking everything over I was able to cruise the Packard around the neighborhood. So far I converted to 12 volt, put in an electric fuel pump, updated all the electrical and went through all the essentials on the engine. Rebuilt the brake cylinders(it had nearly new shoes) and installed a new master cylinder. The straight 8 purrs like a kitten.
I'll be starting bodywork soon, so I'll get some pics for you then.
