engine i.d. help

it has center bolt valve covers which makes it a 1987 and up

i know it used to be fuel injected but its now carbed

i found 5.7L on rear of block so i know its a 350

the numbers at the front of the block at pass side head are

V1020UKJ

can anyone provide any insight on what it vehicle it orig came from and if its a roller motor etc

Depends which truck it came from. 1500 series - 2 bolt. 2500 and 3500 series - 4 bolt. Chevy used the same casting #'s for 2 and 4 bolt blocks. The only way to know for sure... pull the pan and count.
