When I stripped down the donor ranger I kept the portion meter block for the brakes . Could I use this instead of the adjustable kind? I'm using the factory rear w/brakes(drum) but a different front disc and master cylinder .

The block was designed for a specific setup so its possible it will work fine but may not because your changing the system parts. At worst you may get brakes that lock up or soft on stopping.

Just test drive it slowly to make sure it'll work properly. Funky brakes are no fun!

well after looking at it I decded it looked like crap

saddly it has a plug in for the wiring harness s oI hope not using it wont be a problem. Do the adjustable blocks go on the drumor disk side?

I thought so

The speedway diagram confirmed that. Didn't realize they had one. Next question is speedway sales generic flex brake lines for the front. But all say gm. How do I tell what size fit
My ford calipers. ?
