So I've got things somewhat mocked up for me engine right now and have got alittle curious, trying to save some space was thinking of using speedways early water pumps on an 8BA to keep the belt back from the fan a little more. Anyone have any idea if this will work, the early ones are 1" from mount surface to pulley, the later are like 2 3/4" from mount surface to pulley. Need to more or less come up with a custom fan and mount anyways, and thinking a crank pulley could be modified as well...
