Frame Height?

is there a "Rule of thumb" as to where the height of the frame should be? I'm wanting final ride height to be 4" off the ground...

Many things to consider... scrub line, wheel base & your ability to traverse inclines and what not without the frame bottoming out....

Also are you planning a static ride height at 4" or with air bags?
With bags, you have the ability to traverse speed bumps and other inclines without sacrificing the ride height you are looking for.

I shot for a 6" ride frame height because I do not have air bags, but with a 140" wheel base I am still worried a bit about steep inclines and speed bumps.
