Front end question on frame build..

Iam starting out my frame for my 40 chevy . Iam using 2 by 4 rec tubing and my question was on the front part where i am welding the mustang ii front end, does the frame portion need to be parallel to the floor ? Or a 10 degree off set to the floor for steering purposes?

Parallel to the floor. The anti-dive is built into the upper A arms. And the caster will be set with front end alignment.
