Hi all been looking arond for a little while now and thought id actually pop in and say hi
HI
Im Vince, as you may of already guessed, I own a Ford Consul mk2 of 1959 vintage which when bult left the factory with a 1703 4 cylinder 3 speed manual colume change 50yrs later and ive had a little fun and raised the suspension around 12" from stock fitted a 305 chevy backed with a th350 down to a 9" ford axle with around 9" cut out of each side its only fitted with 2.75-1 gears at present as there quite hard and very expensive to get over here
The body is prity much stock apart from the 8pt cage radiused rear arches and the afore mentioned suspension lift
It did use to sit around 3" lower at the rear but when i upgraded the rear wheels and tyre i had to raise the rear and leveled out the ride height
The whole build was done out in the front yard as i dont have a garage and ive name her Bit'z 'N' Piece's as thats what shes built with
Oh and when i say over here i mean London UK
