Is this a good deal on a TH400?

I found a trans online and the guy is willing to except a trade for my old powerglide plus $50 on top for his TH400. The 400 works but has some miles on it.

do i have a good deal here?

A so so deal, the glide is worth as much as the th400 as long as it's an aluminum case.
I personally like the th350 behind a small block cause, they're lighter than the th400.

The Powerglide is worth more than the TH400 IMO. I would maybe do an even swap if that's what you really want, but I wouldn't put any boot with it...
