motor mount ?

HI,first post, IM putting together a 40 ford rat pickup,it was already started when I got it,it has solid front motor mounts. will this work ok or should I change it? thanks in advance

Solids work just fine.
The problem you have is it will transmit engine noise and vibration thru the chassis into the passenger compartment. Won't be terrible though.
If it were mine, I'd change them.
