i,am going to use a 350 sbc and 350 auto and yes its has torsion bars.

ok i have a question what is a low cab.did they make a taller cab or what.is the 38 cab i have a low cab.its really short,any info thanks.

thanks i have been looking at all the builds man what can i say,every day i look at a new build man i can,t belive all the builds on this site it,s neat stuff just love it all the idea,s and the talent.i can,t get nothing done on mine i,am just looking at all the builds LOL

Got a good start. I like the dodge too. I've always liked those big mean looking grills dodge used.

the funny thing is that i went to buy the 38 chevy from a small junk yard.
but i did't buy the chevy i came home with the dodge after looking at the dodge i could not make up my mind witch one i wanted.i had two of my son's with me and they wanted me to buy the chevy but the dodge was soo complete i just had to have it so i took it home.i put a battery in it and it started with a little gas in the carb.so i tied a gas can on the running board and drove it around the block my son went with me and fell in love with it.he said he wanted it for him self.so what could i do i had to give it to him.i plan to post a build on it to.so i went back to the junk yard and bought the chevy.

well i had to take the cab off the frame so i could repair the sub rail on the cab and i stared to build the drive shaft tunnel also and i might as well paint the bottom of the cab with por 15 before i but it back together.
