Yeah I could tell, I just don't think it fits. About the one my buddy had, to this day I still think it was the fastest street car I ever rode in. That thing would fly, but you know how memories are sometimes the've got a life of there own.

Either punch a hole in the hood for a couple of four barrels to poke through, or build a scoop like on the Two Lane Blacktop 55, and the look will be complete.

The snorkel scoop is wrong.

Love it!! The early Chevies are the best gassers.

I believe I'd radius the rear fenders and drop the tail to get the stance..

I have a 50 Chevy coupe at my Aunts house--Had it since 68. Huuuuuumm..

I beg to differ PA41 - I like 'em stock and up high. About the only body style I like that way.

Normally I would agree with PA but I think this model looks really good with the wheelwells left alone. But it would look better a little higher in the front.
