Need help tell me what these are?

The guy I got the truck from said it was a 47 ford frame and suspension, but I took out the kingpins and according to speedway motors identification chart

they aren't 47's. Any ideas: the pins measure 5 and 3/8 long and 3/4 thick.

I always thought the ones with the 4 lugs like that are 49-54 Chevy.

I don't know how accurate that chart is that I linked to in the original post but, they say the 49-54 pins are .867 and mine are .750

Chevy trucks with beam axles have different spindles than the 49-54 cars. Speedway sells car spindles and kingpins. Yours looks like a truck axle or an early Chevy car beam axle, from much before 1949. I checked some of my catalogs but they don't show kingpin diameter. If I remember, I'll dig through my pile-o-junk tomorrow and measure some kingpins.
