Hi BiggRizz, and welcome to RRR from northern Alberta.
I have had a similar dream to yours. If you look on ['36 Ford truck on Ranger] in the Builds section, you will see an 8BA flat head motor in a '36 truck. By the way, your motor is an 8BA, and could very easily be a 1952 model. On the upper right hand side of the block just behind the head you will find some numbers and letters. They will tell you what you have for a motor. I will be watching your build with interest. Good Project.
