new from TN

howdy, I'm a new guy on here and wanting to start my first build, I bought my project truck off my papaw last year it is a 1950 Studebaker truck. It has set in his holler since 1967 and he was wanting to haul it off for scrap and I fell in love with it and bought it off of him, I jus got out off high school and start my first year of auto body. First thing I'm wanting to do is get a s-10 frame but don't no what year to get?

Welcome to RRR! I wouldn't jump on to the S10 frame swap idea so fast. The trackwidth will be narrow. If you want to lower it, think about a front clip from a Camaro or something. Otherwise, if you want it to be a truck and do a frame swap, maybe like a Colorado or such?

Like Sam said, check out some other trucks too like the Colorado or Dakota......or go the Camaro or Nova sub route.
