Hey everyone new here and want to share my next project with you i bou ght a 47 ford truck this winter for $800 it is mostly complete with all the sheet metal intact it has tons of trim peices all of the original glass extra hood and latches extra door head lights and head light buckets ect. It dosnt have an engine or trans but i have a built sbc and 400 trans with a 2800 stall coverter i plan on using for it. It has the mustang two steering and suspention and a mustang 8" rear axle ive attached some pics let me know what you think and some ideas on the build im leaning towards building a full fendered low riding sleeper rat truck im also on a budget because im poor lol im trying to keep the total build under $2000 thanks for reading

Hi and welcome from northern Alberta. I have a soft spot for those '42-'47 trucks because they look better than their newer brethren. Good choice. I have two of those hidden away for future projects.
Keep on tinkering.
