[Dave I]

Hello, my name is Dave and I've just found the site. I'm 55 years old and retired from the Air Force after 28 years. During that time didn't really have the time to pursue much with cars or bikes, military doesn't pay well while raising a family, so now I'm trying to make up for lost time. At this moment I have a custom built chopper, hard tail with springer that is my normal ride. Also working on a 83 Suzuki that I'm trying to coax into a cafe racer style bike. The wife has a 69 442 that she has always wanted and now I'm looking for parts for a rat rod. Found a junkyard full of cars from 20s to 80s of all types, even has 3 Nash Metropolitans. Five years ago this place would have been priceless but now most is beyond rust to plain old rot so gonna look thru this yard to try and come up with a rod.
