I've been collecting parts to build a Model A Ford, nothing fancy, just a beater. Has anyone in the group from Ohio built one from scratch and got a title from Columbus for it ? if so what's the process. I've tried to find/buy a title , but can't see paying 300-400 dollars for a title when they don't have a vin plate/tag to go with it . Any help appreciated. Mike
