Good question! The Flattie Merk was cool but it was rather slapped out when I found it, but I still ran it for a year & 1/2. When I started to rebuild it, I decided I wanted more HP for my money. I now have 300 HP with 370 lb/ft tq. I love the speed and this rod loves going fast. I drive it every where. It's almost a daily driver, even in the 35 degree mornings we have now here now. I drive her to work a few times a week (45 min. one way) I just took it to northen Michigan on a 500 mile camping trip (see my other video on youtube). The ride is so much fun with all this power.
