How do you repair potmetal before its rechromed? Have some parts that are badly pitted and some cracks. Are these parts not repairable?

Actually the chrome shop can repair it for ya before they chrome it.
There is or was a shop in Cuba Missouri called Highline Plating that was able to do potmetal might give them a shout.
I had him do my 65 Goats bumpers, done a good job.
