They are banning this because of sanitation reasons. I guess we will have to stay out of lakes and the ocean now too.

What puzzles me is this: fish & aquariums don't cost that much. I don't know what they charged for this pedicure, but if people really liked them, why don't they just set up their own tank in their house?
