GM Hearse I'd say.

1946-1948 Cadillac hearse/ambulance. Probably hearse due to lack of aux lighting and black color. Taillights and rear bumper combination are giveaway as to make and year range. These things were all coachbuilt so roof shape could vary.

i guess my question is if i can pull off running without front fenders etc.
does anyone have any photos of something like that?
ive been looking but cant find too much.

I personally don't think that car would look so hot without front sheetmetal. I doubt that you'll find too many pictures of such. 400 dollars seems like a good price for that to me. Maybe you could adapt other GM sheetmetal of a similar year to the front with a little effort.

Front would be stock

I had a couple of limos from old Armbruster/Stageway (check out their site). I am fairly sure the coach builders just did the custom stuff and lengthening by cutting up the middle. The front would likely be stock bolt on.
