I have a line on an early 50's 331 hemi that has been running on propane , and just converted to gasoline recently. It has a water pump (irrigation type) hooked up to it now, and is on a trailer. The trailer is kind of cool because it has a neat looking radiator shroud that has Chrysler down each side. The says it runs and will crank it for me. Asking $1800 for it. My thought was to look at it ,make sure it runs, and obviously remove the motor from the trailer unit, and save it for a project. What are these early hemisphere worth? Never messed with them. I did read where the Industrial motors require an adaptor to hook up to a transmission.

Yeah, some of them have a funky extended bell housing or something, I've read some stuff on the HAMB about them. You might want to go over there and do a quick search on the differences in the blocks................
