The forcasts for us were all over the place for today. 1-3, 2-4, 5-9 inches of snow. We have about 6 out there so far. The roads suck and our school district hasn't plowed yet so getting to the school this morning was quite an adventure in a 2wd truck. Cant wait to move!

I gotta say you people that are posting temps in the negative 20s n down are nuts! Where Im at in Illinois it gets into the negative teens with the wind chill and that's enough for me. We are moving to Arizona next summer.

Dealing with insurance companies can be a real pain. My truck was hit by a school bus in the parking lot of the school I work at. Bent the rear bumper down, no big deal. The district gives me insurance info and when I finaly get to talk to somebody he doesn't believe me, like Id waste my time...

Id keep my current car if we weren't moving. Figured its easier selling it than towing it across the country. I can buy another old car when we get settled in the new place. Ive had other cars for as long as 10 years down to 2 years. Generaly life dictates things for me.

It amazes me that people are smart enough to make that amount of money and turn around and throw it away. On the other hand, if theyre gonna pay somebody to restore the car and keep it forever then I can respect that. No way they'll ever be able to resell those that they overpaid for to begin with
