    engine advice

I don't think the weight difference is significant enough to worry about it. Since you already have the 429 I'd build it and use it.

    Carburetor throttle shaft stuck

Don't have any PB, but I might try CRC freeze off as well as the WD.

    Carburetor throttle shaft stuck

I will give that a try. I've had it soaking in the parts washer for a couple days thinking that might help some too. Thanks!

    Carburetor throttle shaft stuck

Hi guys, I'm in need of some advice of how to loosen the throttle shaft on a one barrel carb. Its off of the 63 falcon wagon I have listed in the for sales section. I got it to start the other day, but really wanting to get the carburetor fixed so it will actually run. Thanks in advance for any...

    New neighbor

That's a cool neighbor to get right there. I have one neighbor that fixes up old tractors and another that has demolition derby cars, so nobody complains about all my crap sitting around lol.

    '65 Rover Half Cab

I agree, I'd bore a fresh block rather then sleeving that one. For the money you spent and the good parts you did get, you didn't get hurt any.

    unconventional 50 chevy truck

Lookin good, those little ford 3.8s are packed full of torque for a V6 and last forever if you can keep head gaskets in em, but sounds like you solved that problem with ARP bolts. I've been thinking about finding a cab to turn into a roadster like this. Keep at it, I'll follow along.

    what gas tank to use

You can use that pump with a fuel pressure regulator. I'm sure there's a schematic online to show you how to wire it up.

Steering, possible suspension swap, which way to go?

Bam, a lot of guys are using quick steer rack and pinions in their race cars but most are manual racks. Seeing how its made by Sweet Mfg. I don't think you'd have any problems with it working like its suppose to. I'm not sure how well it'd work work a manual steering box, but guessing it would...

    Ford F3 Patina build.

Did you change the oil before you started working on the flatty? If not I'd bet moisture got in the from sitting for 32 years. I would change all the fluid and oil filter and run it for awhile then check again for water in the oil.

    Roadster pickup from leftovers.

This is a killer build Don, I read through the whole thing a couple months back and now I'm caught up again. Glad to see you working on it again. The off white suspension is sweet looking and making me think now of not doing just satin black on mine. Keep it up, you and your boys do ex...

    Compressor question

That's exactly what I was gonna say lol. It would be nice and quite in the garage when the compressor kicked on too. If its 25 feet or less a 30 amp camper extension cord would work, the one I have for may camper is 10/3 and 25' long.
