Thanks! House for those that are interested has been full of problems(not a surprise to me). On top of it being super old, and a rental... It was a short sale that took over 6 months to close where the foreclosure proceedings were delayed in order for us to buy it, when we closed no utilities...

I bought based on pictures.. and it was a bad choice... took a lot of work to fix what couldn't be seen in pictures.. but easily seen in 30 seconds in person

I vote new build.. cause I always enjoy your builds... I have seen pictures of an international truck that was done with some of those early style wheels.. always thought it was a cool look... but then again.. we know Im off just a bit Dont know if all 4 are still there.. let me see if I can...

Sad story... When I was younger.. there was guy near town but this was fairly country at the time... who was a junk collector/hoarder. Well the city ended up putting a school up basically next to his place. The city forced him to clean up. There was a be a big write up about it in the papers...

low budget is right.. the few I have seen that look good are running modified hoods.. but i will say for every one of those i see done OK there are a hundred that are done poorly

I paid way more than 500 for my "heavy truck" but i had my mind set on a 36 chevy and wasn't finding many of them...we dont have the surplus you guys seem to have up north... then ended up having to get a second cab due to serious issues with the first (dont buy based on photos - lesson learned)...
