Thanks Ty! Finishing up some stuff before I break everything down. Got the steering column bolted into place...had to "manipulate" the flange that bolts to the firewall. Ended up cutting it from it's orginal location and moving it back a little then welded it back in place. Took a long time...

Work is my primary hinder. I do seem to always get into the shop on either Saturday or Sunday and spend most of the day. But working 7am - 6pm makes it hard to get to the shop during week days. -Troy

With a bone stock 302 I would use nothing more than a 500cfm carb. One of the biggest problems I've seen in the past with people building an engine is over carb'n it. HotRod Preacher has it right...I would put a stock 2 barrell on it and go. Jut my .02 -Troy
