I have a friend who has one of these in the attic of his garage.....yes the attic....he carried it up there in pieces and put the shell together.

I can't talk much because I've been pretty much missing here myself. Just super busy with work and life and haven't had time to work on my cars. I don't know about the engine but tend to agree with the Ford V-4. I really dig the car and did try to find more pics of it....no luck but did find out this pic is from a show in Chimay, Belgium.
