To trade or not to trade

Depends on how much of the floor needs replacing. The entire floor or just the foot well area. If it's just the foot well area i'ld trade in a heartbeat. Those boat tail Riv's are cool but the '57 would make a bitchin' hot rod.

    What Don said.

    got a 64 1/2 mustang today

I love the first gen Mustangs. You got a hell of a deal. Hmm...a fresh coat of primer, polish the rims, a built 302, 5 speed... You are gonna keep those rims, right?

out side the box build thread

Define "early low rider style". I think it depends on the what area you're in. From what i remember of the early low rider style in my area (early 70's) it was usually a slammed, primed bomb or an Impala with some type of custom paint on the top, Supremes, pinner whites and maybe custom...

    Future Project: 56 Wagon

Cool wagon. You don't see many 2 door tri-five wagons around. In the late '60's my late bro-in-law had a nice '56 wagon. It was black and white with reverse chromes and baby moons. So what's your plans for it?

Looking for a small fan...or raise the radiator?

Thanks for the offer. I scrounged up a fan. Only in pictures. But if i worried about everything that "could" go wrong it would drive me completely crazy. Which for me would be a very short drive.

Dudes... would you *ever* admit this?!?

That cap is off of a Datsun 710. It's where you pour the rice in.

Looking for a small fan...or raise the radiator?

Raised it up 3". It's about an inch lower than the cowl. Now i have enough room to run a 15" fan.

Looking for a small fan...or raise the radiator?

I hate electric fans. I hate the way it looks and i hate the sound. It just doesn't look right on an open engine car.

Looking for a small fan...or raise the radiator?

I'm thinking a 12" fan might be kind of small. The only time it starts to heat up (even in this 104 degree heat) is in town. But it cools right down as soon as i turn the fan on.

Looking for a small fan...or raise the radiator?

I'm looking for a small fan (it can't be any bigger than 12" in diameter) so i can dump the electric fan on my T-Bucket. The only small one i can find is a flex fan and i've heard a few stories about them cracking and coming apart. Anyone know of a small fan? Or i could raise the radiator up...

    9 Lives--(Cat Story)

I had that exact thing happen to me in my son's '67 Mustang. The cat ran out of a vineyard and i just knew it was gonna be "THUMP" but all i heard was a loud "BAM", looked in the rear view mirror and saw it flopping around on the road. Just as i almost got stopped it jumped about two feet...
