Seen two different instances where they towed cars out of the load/unload areas at Toronto airport. Don't dare leave your car unattended and go look for the people your to pick up.

A friend of mine has a Buy here Pay here lot and he has one of those in the back of his pickup that he uses for repos. Very slick piece of equipment.

He was telling me he drives down the street where someone is slightly behind in paying and suddenly they come in and pay !
