Thanks everyone, it's been a fun project.
When I bought the truck the original frame and drive train was long gone.
It's sitting on a rebuild & shortened 2002 S10 frame with a '82 Camaro rear end. There was a Chev 305 & turbo 350 tranny that came with it so that is what I used.
The cab needed a full floor and mounts which I built, but the rest of the body is not too bad. It looks like its been painted about 3 times in its life so there is bondo in the fenders which will eventually be replace. For now I'll drive it as is.
