Thanks for the compliments on the wheels. Most of these parts are left overs from 15 years of racing stock cars. I tried selling these parts, but decided to build something cool, so far it has been a blast!

Pretty bitchin'...nice fab work...any details on the windshield posts? I'm assuming the cowl was from a closed car?

Great work! I like the exhaust. I'll be something similar with my truck build, but I'm going to take it all the back and exit behind the tires. On the bed rails it looks like you used some thin wall DOM tubing? Keep up the good work! [cl

Hey drag fink and rat ihc the cowl was off a closed car and that was all i had to start as far as the windsheild post a got them at a swap meet they look like they were sand casted i gave 40 bucks for them then welded them to fit body . yes the bed rails are made from tubing thanks for ur input

You are building a fine hot rod! The character lines on the sides add a lot to the appearance. It's obvious you are an experienced builder. Thanks for joining RRR so we can follow along.
Did you use door skins to make the sides? What were they from? Is the back panel from a truck? Did you have to wheel it or was it formed? I hope you don't mind all the questions. I like you car so much there could be one like it my my neighborhood someday.

That’s going to be one BA truck when you get done! [cl

I see you have a couple future projects lurking as well, really like that coupe. [dr

Welcome to RRR :D

Hey bob w i so glad somebody noticed the body lines ,so if you look close the bottom line is a hood from 1990 chevy pick up the upper body lines are a mix of some rear doors and 1/4 panels from another project the back panel was made in three peices by hand thanks 4 looking maybe c u at back to th fifties
