I found a hinge, it'll need new pin and bushings as its sloppy like a 2 dollar hooker, and has a bolt with the head cut off in it still but shouldn't be a big deal to heat up and remove. Pm your address I'll send it your way

Figured I would get the frame under the car for a fit before I went gung ho on a bunch of welding, just making sure thing are going to fit.

My grand kids snuck in for a prospective pics.

CC13, my grandson loves the hotrods, and he plays the part.

Now that I know how things are going to fit, did some more interior frame work. hard to tell from the pics but with a 5" wide tunnel this will still have 16" wide seats.

Finding seats was a pain. I ended up pulling the bottom of the body out a touch to get a 17" seat in, as my torque tube is 5" and the rear bell housing is at the seat back.

RickyBobby you are legen. Got the hinge, plenty to work with. Thank very much. I'm sure seats are going to be made in the end, just to much in the way to find a set that will fit.

DR keep an eye open for one and jump if you get the chance.

Been slow going

Finally finish up the drivers door and got it swinging, thank to RickyBobby having a extra hing. Finished up the bracing down the back to hold it in place. Lined the removable deck hole and got the license plate recessed with a flip down plate to hide the gas cap.

Slapped on a plate for a cruise around the block (well in my own mind).

Grand son was in the garage again.

last pic " Just smack that nail a little harder it will go in"

Well the car was in a rollover :D. frame is tacked up still lots of welding and fish plate. I know some of you are going "what is up with the front of that frame". There is a plan, most of it and the bags hide up in the headlight buckets.
