1937 Buick Roadmaster Dash Welded in?

Does anyone know if the 1937 Buick Roadmaster Dash Welded is in?
I was told that the Buick dashes were bolted in with a sticky adhesive added.
When I look at my '37 Roadmaster (80 series) the dash appears to be welded in place.
Am I correct, or am I seeing the assembly method incorrectly?

BED is right, the dashboard is welded into the cowl structure.

The instrument panel is a cover laid over the dashboard, so you can remove that panel separately.
