1946 (or so) Ford rat

I've been working on the tail lights, and the bed as of late. I was practicing painting scallops on the bed side for when I put them on my 58 ford, but now I think I like it on the truck bed too. The lights are 75mm shells ans 59 caddy lenses. I'll have a total of four.

I like them too, what are the dimensions of your casings? I have been looking for some for a projector light project... Where did you get the casings?

DR, they are about 7.1875 long, and 3" dia. The "flange" parts is 3.4375 dia, and about .125" thick.
I got them from a army surplus in Cookeville, TN.

Any chance they have some of the larger casings? like 4" plus in diameter?

They didn't last time I was there. As a matter of fact I got the last 4 that where in decenct shape. I haven't been back for a while as I only go when I go down to TN to see my folks.
