married

so back in 1997 Jimmy is 11/12 years old and meets his first true love she's 14 years old, he always did like older women. he bragged to her about how when we finished Alice she was his. l and the family had become really good friends and when Jimmy moved to his mom's 15O miles away in 2OOO he stayed in touch with her.

l am still good friends with the whole family and was invited to the little sister's wedding today and was honored that they wanted the truck for a backdrop in their wedding photos.

June sucked till now, the 13th Jimmy drowned the 25th is his Birthday, BUT NOW l HAVE GREAT MEMORlES IN JUNE TO HELP WITH THE NOT SO GOOD.

as the pics show, it was a Seahawk themed wedding.

crashed the truck, bad,bad day,

l rear-ended some one last Friday, everything till then was working fine, stopped a dozen or more times that day, no leaks, no squishy pedal, no noises to alert me something was going to happen,----- just to the floor, 000HHHH CRAP, shift, steer, pump-pump and BLAMMO:(

master cylinder failure, no one's fault, just one in million thing that l get the bad part. on here l added threads when we put all the new parts on to rebuild the front-end, new everything including brakes. did a autopsy on it and it was the internal seals.

l swerved to miss and just got the rear bumper of a Jeep Cherokee, six bloody inches more to the left and l would have missed it. good thing it was a low speed impact.

0H well, at least it is fixable.no frame or suspension damage, only sheet-metal and the headlight stuff, a friend had a yard-art truck so we removed the headlight pieces l need and replaced them with the crashed parts, but she don't have any good fenders.

It is good to know.

That you and everyone involved is OK.

Jumping on it and getting it repaired is the best remedy for this.

Good luck.

bummer!

get a couple sledgehammers and a buddy, use them like a giant hammer and dolly set (the sledgehammers, not the buddy), you will be amazed at the memory that thick old metal has! I took out some branch damage on my 41 that was worse than that and you cant even tell!

Skull, that sucks! Glad you got her over to minimize the damage and glad everyone is okay. Wish I had some parts to share, although I think my fenders may have been worse from the start :) I'll keep a lookout for parts.
