This is my current project. I found it on the side of the road and my wife said she had to have it.

Scrounged up a 327 attached to a TH400 and an old drag car frame with a pinto front end and a narrowed Ford 9 inch with 4.88 gears and a spool. Set about cutting out rust and reinforcing the unibody to accept a frame. Got the engine mounted.

Got the body to snuggle down over the frame. Time to build a radiator support so that permanent body mounts and a floor can be fabricated. FUN FUN FUN!

I always like the two door version of those, they make great gassers. That engine looks like trying to stuff 10 lbs of stuff in a 2 pound bag! {Full, in other words!} [cl

There is a tudor on the way home from work. Been sitting there in a driveway for years. Now I know I need to stop and bother the owner. This is too cool. I'd look great climbing out of that little guy. I'm 6'3"/260. I could just throw the front seats away and sit in the back. :D

If you have the expertise maybe you could make it a 2 door [;) Would make it a lot easier to get in and out of for a tall guy.

Pics of the radiator support and body mount (red cross bar). All made from scrap I had laying around. I love rat rodding!

I can't count the times someone asked me, "What are you going to do with all that stuff?" I'll bet you don't ask silly questions like that. [cl
