Well the maiden voyage of 2 laps about 2 miles around the neighborhood was sort of a success. It made some odd noises, some smoke and an awesome burnout! Still need to do some more adjustment on the brake pushrod length but it does stop! Still got a huge list of little things.

Brought the Catalina Sedan home today with the intent to use it as a parts car for the Wagon. But I don't know it's on awfully good condition![S[S[S

I have noticed, over the last couple decades, that "grandmas" are looking younger and hotter every year.

Finally pulled the Safari inside and work on it. The 389 runs but has tons of blowby!!
So I pulled the front clip off and removed the engine and transmission.

I checked the internals on the Cadillac 500 and got it running on the stand and resealed the TH400.

Had to make some cuts in the firewall and some bfh work. It will fit without modifying the fire wall but it would fit with the headers.
I'm using the old motor mounts just modifying then to fit in front of the cross member.
