Just mocking up a motor to figure out how I will make my motor mounts but it kinda gives a idea of what it will look like

Made motor mounts tomorrow I will make the trans cross member and trans mount and start boxing and cross bracing the frame.

I could have built a new frame cheaper and faster than using the original but I just get these ideas in my head and I do what I do.

Nothing wrong with that.

I know that alot of people advise aganst using a T frame for various reasons including the age factor. But then they turn around and use an A frame which maybe all of a year or two younger[S

Only reason I felt comfortable modifying the original was the fact that it is 3/16 thick with no deep pitting or rot. I am going to weld a x frame into it out of thick wall inch and a quarter roll cage tubing and box it in. Thank you guys for the kind words I am new to this old of stuff I have been building muscle cars and pro street cars until I got this.
