Nicely engineered frame. I like the trunk in the back myself.
It's got that old car look and it would be useful.

The plan is to put the body back on the frame and do the chop first, than look if it necessary to cut the trunk out.
The way it looks now I don't like it but maybe with a chop it looks different, time will tell

This is a REALLY unique car and I'm enjoying your progress. Thanks for taking the time to share your pics with us.[P

Are small block chevy engines fairly easy to come by in Europe? I've always been curious about that...;)

Your craftsmanship so far looks topnotch. Keep up the good work.

Shea:)

And I did put the body back on the frame
Now it sits on the frame like this I am getting second thoughts about the whole fenderless idea,I think fenders would look quite nice too

Today I chopped the roof 4inch at the front and 2 inch in the back.
I didn't want to cut the roof down the middle so I shortened the body 2 inch.
Let me know what you think.

Only a hot-rodder would understand why that would be easier, LOL!

I think I agree with you on the fenders. There's something to be said for full fendered, modded, patina'd 'rods!
