How complete is your car? If your asking about the difficulty in using a S-10 chassis (bad idea IMO) then you need to think it through.

I has been done, sometimes with good results. It will be difficult. There will be no shortage of people telling you how simple it was but the truth is there's a lot of work required to do it well. It may seem that you'll save money because the S-10 chassis already rolls but nothing will line up. Sweat equity is cheap and so is time if you've lots of it.

Your build will go much better if you use the correct frame (the one that came with the car) and the results will be much better.

What Klink said X2. If you're planning to run fenders, the S10 steering box and frame horns are way too far out front to fit under the fenders. If you plan to go fenderless, the S10 IFS looks like butt.... The stock frame is a really good piece, with a little modifying would be the far better choice.
Here's a pic of a 34 I built with a Mustang II front end on the stock frame. I boxed the rest of the frame and added a K member in the middle to mount the tranny and stiffen it - rebuilt stock rear leafs. I actually did use an S10 rearend though, on 2" lowering blocks.
