Nice! I think it's a lot easier or at least more satisfying, to start from scratch rather than try to fix all the rust and bump out the dings on an old bed.
Darn fine looking stake pockets POPS.[cl [ [P

Fine job on those pockets Pops! Those cables look good too. I can see by the cable bracket you have, WOT is not going to be a problem...[cl
Thanks Torchie. I just wish I could weld like I could 20 years ago.
Can't see, shake, and a few other things.
I don't know about magic. I'm just cheap and think "I can build that".
I can't figure out how you're getting all that done on one knee. Lookin' good.
[cl [ddd ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^Thanks.
Man it's going to be a long 2 1/2 weeks till she goes back to work.
Pops that is magic, right there!
Keep on tinkering.
Pockets look great! And I can vouch for the cables, I got one of their hood/choke cables on my Lincoln, works great on the hood release, way cheaper than the Lokar one!

According to my loving bride it's cause I'm a "bull headed workaholic" with a one track mind. She really knows how to sweet talk a guy.

I didn't realize that we were married to the same woman POPS.
I was up on a ladder doing my little project today and my loving bride couldn't even muster up a comment. Just a look of PO'dness and a shaking of the head.
Happy Holidays to you and yours POPS.
Torchie.
We agreed that she is an overbearing pain in the butt and I'm just me.
After 42 years we don't argue we just agree to disagree.
I'm done until after Christmas.
All the kids and grandkids are going to be here.
Happy to ya!
