I sure like the rivet look , Why is the bottom of the gate not flush with the bottom of the bed floor ? Just curious , The gate is sharp , nice craftsmanship all around !

I am planning on doing a false floor. Sort of a trunk in the bed, that way if we go to a car show or something, i can place stuff in the back of the truck and people won't see it.....and thanks a bunch for the kudos on my craftmanship. Means allot to me having other rat rod owners approving of my skills.

Rivets give it a nice touch hidden storage a plus what r u doing for tail lights got that whole ass end to come up with some thing cool keep pics coming

Okay, here is are some pic's of the first floor for the bed, and a picture of the back of the box done with pop rivets.

I too am glad everyone is enjoying the pics. I know some of them may be a bit boring, but it takes me a lot of time to finish projects. This is the first time i have ever done anything like this.
