This thread is a couple years old now, here is my build thread - I've gotten a lot father and even took it too a couple shows this year. The link is in my signature.

As for the frame, I wound up using a 85 Cutlass frame. I figured out the original X frame was going to cause too many problems with the driveline and the ground.

I built these out of 2x2 1/4 square tubing, Here are some pics maybe this can help.

What's going to keep the rear end from rolling out of the car with just a 2-link under hard acceleration [S
I see how you did it but truck arms are beefier than the 2x2x1/4 plus they have u-bolts holding the rear to them.
