Welcome! The way i see your truck it mainly needs the radiator moved to the back and unnecessary metal ahead of the front susp cut off. Remove the fenders and replace all the wheels with much larger ones. Simple,quick and easy.
There is a formula for rats emerging like the formula that is in place for street rods. The "RIGHT LOOK" can become just the same old look.The extra distance between the engine and cab helps break the mold and does not look bad in my opinion.

Welcome to RRR, Rororless. Truck looks pretty good to me. Another option would be to use a set of fenders to hide those S10 A frames.
