Just wanted to post a drawing of my build concept my friend, Mike drew today. Also, having a relative going to the wrecking yard tomorrow to see if the Winnebego dually with disc brakes is still available. If it is, he's going to put a deposit down on it and I will go after it this weekend. Once I have the rear end in my garage, I can start planning the frame around it. Plan on using 2 X 3" squire tubing that is 3/16" walled. I will purchase 24' of this material from my work for $75.00. The rear end is set to cost me $300.00 and I am going to see if the old man will throw in a set of leaf springs. If not, they can surely be found somewhere else.
Found a man in Ohio that may be interested in the original flat head six and fluid drive transmission...possibly the rear end and the radiator. If I can get it running, maybe those parts will bring $800.00. This will help in the build.
